Account Summary and Account Activity have moved from the drop-down menu in the top navigation to the home screen.
You will now see an overview of all your accounts and recent activity each time you log in:
You will also see quick links that provide access to features such as: account details (full account and routing number, nickname, etc.), check orders, statements, alerts, credit card rewards, and more.
Profile, Settings, and Messages have all moved to the new user menu. This drop-down menu is accessed by clicking on your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
If you have any new messages, a red dot indicator next to your name will replace the envelope icon.
To access all messages, click on your name to expand the user menu.
If you manage multiple accounts, the Quick Login menu has moved from the top navigation to the Change Login box located on the home screen. This lets you select and toggle between all your accounts with a single click.
This feature must be activated in your profile options to appear on your home screen.
To turn on Change Login:
Click on your name to expand the user menu and click Profile, then Quick Login IDs.
This will open a menu for you to select the account(s) you want to add to the Change Login box.
Switch from one account to another by clicking the Return to Previous Login button.
You can now register to receive customized text alerts about your balance and other types of account activity.
To add or edit text alerts:
Expand the user menu and click Profile, then Alerts.
Under Add/Edit an Alert, select an option from the “Alert Type” drop-down menu (e.g., Balance Alert, Check Cleared Alert, Loan Due Alert, etc).
Next to “Phone number,” click Add/Edit Phone.
